Then, we'll get your starting stats like weight, body fat percentage, progress photos & etc. We'll also ask questions about your food preferences, schedule, sleep, stress & etc.
We'll leave no stone unturned in helping provide you the most comprehensive 6 week program for your specific body & goals.
Once we've got all that info, we'll build out your programs & have you ready to go the following Monday!

Everyone’s body is different, and will respond differently to training & nutrition protocols. So because of that, it would be irresponsible for me to guarantee a result. What we can do though, is this.
