I’m from a small town in north Mississippi, now living in Birmingham, Alabama with my beautiful wife & daughter.
I’m a certified personal trainer, strength & conditioning coach & sports nutrition specialist, and I’ve coached over 500 clients since we founded Hardin Athletix Club in 2017.
I truly feel that men are at their best as CEO’s, fathers, husbands & professinals, when they’re healthy. So that’s my mission.

I guarantee that if you do 70% of what I ask of you, you’ll get in the best shape of your life.
But if you come in with the mindset of “What if this doesn’t work”, you probably won’t do 10% of what I build out for you.

It’s not necessary at all! 80% of guys inside HAX Club train at home.
With that being said, you will need to purchase equipment to keep progressing. But I’ll give you 6-8 weeks notice on what we’ll need!

Pretty much all my guys come into the program with the “chicken, rice & broccoli” mindset. The typical diet meals that absolutely suck.
We don’t do that here. I’m gonna provide you with 400+ healthy meals, and in depth knowledge on how to build your own.
And we’ll help you create the flexibility to have guilt free date nights with the wife, a few beers every week, or whatever you really prefer to keep in your life.
And you’ll melt body fat in the process.
