So you wanna strip off some body fat over the next 4-5 weeks. You want to do it in a way that’s:

  • Sustainable

  • Healthy

  • Enjoyable

You don’t want to lose a quick few lbs & gain it all back. You wanna get it off & keep it off, and use this as the springboard to transforming your body & health.

Here’s exactly how I’d have you do it.

Btw, Matthew utilized the same exact system I’m about to give to you, and it helped him drop 10lbs his first 30 days, and 40lbs over the next 4 months. All while traveling 5x a week for work.

  1. 3 Meals, No Snacks.

I want you to build 3 healthy, high protein meals to eat every day.. and ONLY eat those. Embracing fasting periods during the day without snacking is huge for your bodies ability to burn fat cells, regulate insulin response, blood sugar & etc.

We’re constantly feeding ourselves & forcing our body to digest food. If you can go 4-6hrs at a time, multiple times a day without eating ANYTHING, body fat will melt.

Just make sure the meals you eat are balanced, high in protein, and whole food based.

2. Take a Morning Walk, and a Lunch Time OR Evening Time Walk

You probably sit WAY too much. Like hours & hours a day. Our body prefers steady, consistent movement. This is what gets the metabolism going, and helps you drop body fat & improve energy levels. A 15 minute walk before the day starts, and then at least one more before the end of the day, will be a GAME CHANGER for your body & health.

3. Lift Weights 3 Days Per Week

Strength training is how we’ll sustain the body fat lost over the next 30 days. When you build lean muscle, your metabolism increases naturally, making it easier to KEEP off stubborn fat. This is the important piece, because without it, you’re going to gain the weight back.

You don’t need much. 30 minutes of working out, 3 days a week is more than enough to build & maintain lean muscle. But it MUST be done if you don’t wanna have to lose this weight again.

TL;DR:

  • 3 meals per day, no snacks.

  • Morning walk & afternoon/evening walk

  • Strength train every other day of the week

The process to getting off your next 5-10lbs is simple. I’m not gonna overcomplicate it to try & sound smart or like I have this amazing secret.

The good news is, the same things that get 5-10lbs off, will also get 50-100lbs off. So once you cross 30 days of doing the things listed above, you will have the blueprint for absolutely transforming your body & health.

Now, if you read all this & you’re like, “I get what you’re saying, but I don’t know what workouts to do, what foods to eat, and I know that I need some accountability”, don’t sweat it. We got you.
